Millie’s Math House

In Millie’s Math House (Edmark – ages 2-5) the littlest kids get a chance to learn about numbers, patterns, and geometric shapes in a friendly way. There are two ways to go: Explore and Discover or Question and Answer. You’ll find six activities in either mode. It’s simple to get around – just start clicking. You can visit a shoe store to find shoes for Little, Middle, Big (cute spud-like creatures), make patterns with Bing and Boing, build a silly bug, decorate cookies in the cookie factory and feed them to a horse, explore the mouse house, or play on the number machine. This program doesn’t force mathematical concepts, it leads gently. There’s a lot of repetition, which is just fine for the youngest kids. Our four and five-year olds were ready to move on.
