Noah’s Ark

Aimed at the very youngest Bible explorers, Noah’s Ark (Family Interactive/Nordic Software – 3-7) offers more content than most of the other Bible discs. The story itself is presented in a totally non-interactive format – not a single hotspot. The real fun is in the games section, which includes ten games at three different skill levels (easy, easier, and easiest ). They provide a variety of learning opportunities for young users in spelling, counting, pronunciation, memory, and number skills. There’s also a nice mix of sounds and songs, which could have been integrated more fully into the activities. It’s a shame that there aren’t more stories on the disc; as it stands, it’s entertaining but limited.
