Fishes of the Caribbean: An Interactive Journey into the World of Fishes
We’re sounding like a broken record (what’s that?) but, without first-rate videos and stills, what’s the point of even thinking about publishing a multimedia title on undersea life? Fishes of the Caribbean: An Interactive Journey into the World of Fishes (Sea-D Publishing) puts you smack in the middle of the Caribbean, prime fish-gazing territory, and then muddies the water. The absence of narration and music is often a blessing but, in this case, it only helps stupefy the viewer. There is plenty of valuable information tucked into this disc, but without stellar underwater photography, you’d do better with a book.
