Twain’s World

Twain’s World (Bureau Development, Inc.) is a poorly designed, poorly organized disc containing a comprehensive collection of Twain’s work. It could be a very good CD-ROM but, in its present form, it stumbles all over itself. The commentary is interesting, the art is awful. The Timeline is organized into badly drawn icons without labels or dates. Movies of Twain, by Thomas Edison, are lumped in with amateurish animations of characters from Twain’s stories. Take out the junk, add some decent visuals, and this would be worth keeping.
