Web Workshop (Vividus Corp.) is slanted towards kids ten and up, for the creation of personal web pages. Intuitive icons let kids choose backgrounds, dividers, pictures, and text; everything is also customizable, meaning you can add your own pictures and audio without any trouble. The program provides icons that link to kid-friendly sites like Yahooligans! and the Kids Club. No knowledge of programming languages is necessary. The simplicity and ease of use makes Web Workshop perfect for young kids, but older kids will want more archival images and even more customization options ? the finished products, while respectable, are far from extraordinary.
