If you are one of those with a deep affection for DOS, you may like Dictionaries & Languages, a DOS-based shareware program from Chestnut.You get a large compilation of dictionaries, thesauruses, style and syntax checkers, word processors, glossaries, many of the above in many languages, and lots more. Bear in mind that you will need to be familiar with DOS commands to navigate and you will either need to exit Windows or create a DOS window to use this title. Considering the many reference sets available for Windows on CD-ROM, this seems like a torturous path to follow.
